Camp Blanding Joint Training Center (CBJTC) is implementing the iSportsman Access Management System as the official method for managing public access to the Wildlife Management Areas (WMAs) located on the installation training grounds. This system will be used for authorized activities in the WMAs in coordination with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC). FWC will continue to run WMA operations with support from iSportsman & CBJTC. This includes hunting, fishing, and Florida Trail hiking access.

What this Means for You:
Beginning September 1 2026 CBJTC WMA and Florida Trail users must utilize iSportsman at  https://blanding.isportsman.net/

Check-in and check-out will be required before and after accessing authorized areas.

Area availability will be updated in real time based on training, safety, weather, or wildlife management needs.

Manual or legacy access methods will be discontinued.

The iSportsman system improves:

• User safety and accountability
• Comply with increased CBJTC security standards
• Clear communication of open/closed areas
• Coordination between military training and WMA access
• Support for wildlife conservation and lawful hunting
• Emergency response capability

What you need to do:
1.  Create a free iSportsman account at https://blanding.isportsman.net/.  Be sure to select the correct STATUS that applies to you.  If you select anything other than “Civilian or DoD Dependent” you will be required to show supporting proof such as military ID or 100% VA card when you visit the Provost Marshall’s office to obtain your pass.

2.  Complete mandatory FDLE background check if you are a “Civilian or DoD Dependent”.  Instructions are provided under the "PROGRAM INFORMATION" tab.  It can be found by clicking on the 3-bar icon at the top left of the webpage.  You will receive notification from the iSportsman portal once your background check has been approved and you will then be able to move forward with the permit purchase.

3.  Complete all required tasks in iSportsman for CBJTC WMA including Safety & UXO brief and background check acknowledgement.  This may be done while waiting for your background check to be approved.

4.  Once the background check has been approved, purchase required permit.

5.  Proceed to the Provost Marshall Office located at the Main Gate welcome center to get your pass.  Have a government issued ID like a driver's license, passport, or dependent military ID.  Please call 904-682-3566 prior to coming to the welcome center to verify staff are able to print the cards.  Normal business hours are Monday-Friday 0700-1600.

Important Reminder:
