What you need to do:
1. Create a free iSportsman account at http://blanding.isportsman.net. Be sure to select the correct STATUS that applies to you. If you select anything other than “Civilian or DoD Dependent” you will be required to show supporting proof such as military ID or 100% VA card when you visit the Provost Marshall’s office to obtain your pass.
Guests must also register for an iSportsman account, complete FDLE background check if applicable, and purchase the free guest pass. Youth complete the same process but are excluded from the background check.
2. Complete mandatory FDLE background check if you are a “Civilian or DoD Dependent”. Instructions are provided under the "PROGRAM INFORMATION" tab. PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CARFEULY, ESPECIALLY STEP #3. It can be found by clicking on the 3-bar icon at the top left of the webpage. You will receive notification from the iSportsman portal once your background check has been approved and you will then be able to move forward with the permit purchase. Youth 17 & under do not need to complete a background check.
3. Complete all required tasks in iSportsman for CBJTC WMA including Safety & UXO safety brief and background check acknowledgement. This may be done while waiting for your background check to be approved.
4. Once the background check has been approved you will receive a notification from the iSportsman portal. You may then purchase the required permit in the iSportsman portal.
5. Proceed to the Provost Marshall Office located at the Main Gate welcome center to get your pass. Have a government issued ID like a driver's license, passport, or dependent military ID. Please call 904-682-3566 prior to coming to the welcome center to verify staff are able to print the cards. Normal business hours are Monday-Friday 0700-1600.
This program will go into use starting September 1 2026 for the entire Camp Blanding WMA.

CHECK IN/OUT process for the CBJTC WMA:
Make sure your vehicle pass is visible on your dash.
FWC Check Stations- everyone, including guests & youth entering will show the CBJTC WMA badge. Once inside and to your hunting area, check in to the appropriate zone you are hunting.
Walk in areas- Check in to the zone before entering.
Upon leaving, AFTER you exit the FWC Check Station or walk in gates, CHECK OUT.
